Ingredient List (Makes 4 Burgers)
4 Glazed Ring Doughnuts
450g/1lbs Lean Minced Beef
1/4 Cup of Dried Breadcrumbs
1/2 Cup of Olive Oil
1 Medium Egg
4 Rashers of Back Bacon OR 8 Rashers of Streaky Bacon
1/4 Cup of Grated Cheddar Cheese (more savoury) OR 1/4 Cup of Grated Milk Chocolate (more sweet)
Cooking Oil (I use a spray Canola Oil but butter will work just fine)
Your choice of side such as Curly Fries or Salad if you want to make yourself feel better about those calories!
Note: This is a high calorie meal (800-1200ish) and should not be consumed regularly or you’ll get fat and chubby like me! This is not a paid advertisement for Krispy Kreme, you can use any glazed doughnuts that you like for this recipe.
