This video was mostly filmed 3 years ago in August 2013 on my stag weekend where we did sit-up kayaking and white water rafting at the Cardiff International White Water Centre in South Wales. It was an awesome day and we had a lot of fun, a big thanks to my best man Adam, ushers James B and Phil, as well as my Dad, Tim, Lee, James H, Mark, Pete, and Rich, also a big thanks to everyone who came on the night out afterwards!
